I had such a fantastic stay at Cruisers Haven! Joe, the host, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. He provided me with so much helpful local information and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and I loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the beautiful view. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and being close to the cruise ship terminals was a huge plus. I highly recommend Cruisers Haven for a wonderful stay in Southampton.

The lift was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient for carrying our luggage upstairs. It would have been better if this issue was resolved before our arrival.
